What are the delivery options at White Rose

We are delighted to offer you the following services:

  1. Click and Collect: Free of charge, collect in Nottingham
  2. 48 Hour tracked Royal Mail Service: £4.95 or free over £35 cart spend
  3. Next day courier: £6.95 or free over £49.95 cart spend
Where is my order?

All of our orders are sent via tracked deliveries with an automated email sent to the email address provided with your order. Relevant information to track your orders will be in this email. Please check your junk mail if you cannot find it in your inbox and contact us with your order number on if you cannot find these details.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately on with your name and order number and the requested change. As we aim to dispatch orders same day, it may not always be possible to make a change. However, we will do all we can to help.

Can I get same day delivery?

We offer same day click and collect in Nottingham when ordered by 13:00, collection can be made at 16:00 – 17:30

For postal orders, we don’t currently have a same day service, but we are working on it. For next day delivery, spend £49.95 or more and obtain free next day delivery (when you order by 13:00). If you spend less, the delivery charge for next day is £6.95

I am having trouble making payment

Please ensure that the billing address matches your payment card registered address.

Please ensure your email address is written correctly. We have had a few situations where emails ended in ‘.con’ rather than ‘.com’ and our system will only accept your order with a correct email address so we can send you tracking details.

How can i make a donation to White Rose

We do accept donations, thank you!

You can take clothing donations to any of our stores or arrange for a collection to be made via our online booking system. Please note we only accept clothing, shoes, accessories and monetary donations.

How are refunds processed

Once your returned item has arrived with us, we will check over it the same day (Mon-Fri) and process the refund immediately. However, refunds can take up to 7 days to arrive in your account.  

How do i return an item?

Items can be returned within 14 days if it is in the same condition as delivered, with tags attached. Returns will be processed within 48 hours after receiving the returned items and funds should be credited within 5-7 working days onto the same card used to purchase.

To request a refund, log into your account, go to the ‘your orders’ section and if you are within the return period, you will have the option to cancel an order. Do not send your items until you have completed this request form as doing so might result in the items not being considered as a return and a refund may not be approved.

What is the returns procedure and address

To return an item, please go to the ‘your orders’ section in your account on our website. If you are within the acceptable returns period of 14 days, you will be offered the option to return your order. Complete the form before doing anything else and wait for a confirmation from White Rose before sending your items back.

Please include your packing slip to ensure a speedy response to your request.

Postage for returns is covered by the customer in all cases. If we have made an error with your order or one of the products has an issue, we will assess this when the return arrives. If we are at fault, we will refund postage you have paid, up to a maximum of £4.95, in addition to refunding the items you purchased.

Are You Open During Covid-19

We currently have all of our stores open as well as our online shop. Please observe safe social distancing measures in high street stores and wear a mask in line with government guidelines when you visit us.

I Can’t Get a Discount Voucher To Work

Please note that sales and promotions on our website override discount coupons. You can only use a discount coupon on items not in a sale or promotion. Contact for further information.

If you bought a voucher for someone and it hasn’t arrived, please check your junk mail and contact us if you or they still cannot find the voucher code email.

Can I Return Items Purchased Online In Store

Currently, items you purchase online can only be returned to the online warehouse. Please login to your account, go to ‘your orders’ section, and select the order you want to return. This option will only be available up to 14 days from date of delivery. You will then select which items from the order you are returning and submit. Please then follow the instructions we will email to you to ensure the process is simple and speedy.
