Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your and accepted your order, and that a contract had been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing error, we will advise you of this. We will not dispatch the goods, we will refund any payment made, and there will be no contract between us.
If the goods are not available, we may offer to supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, we will not dispatch the goods, we will refund any payment made, and there will be no contract between us.
How to place an order
1. Select the items you require from our website by clicking the item(s) you require from our website by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ link shown for the item.
2. Items that you have selected can be reviewed at any time via the ‘View Cart’ link.
3. When you have completed the selections click on the ‘Checkout’ link to complete your order. You will be asked to provide delivery and payment information via secure web pages. Please review your order carefully before submission to avoid problems.
4. If you make a mistake during ordering please contact us as soon as possible.
If you need to amend your order prior to placing it you may do show on the cart page. Remove items or amend quantities using the controls provided. You may need to refresh the contents of your basket for changes to take effect. If you get really stuck please call or email us.
All orders under £35 value are subject to a flat rate UK delivery charge of £4.95. All goods of a value of £35 or over will be shipped within the UK for free on our 48 hour tracked service. Next day shipping is £6.95 per order or free when order value over £49.95.
COVID-19 UPDATE: While we endeavor to send goods as promptly as possible, please be aware that due to the capacity of our operations during the Covid-19 Epidemic, it may take up to ten days from time of ordering for goods to be received. Normally orders will arrive within 36 hours of purchase.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please inform us promptly.
Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the date of delivery. To do this, please log into your account on our website, click on orders and if you are within the 14 day period, you will find a button where you can request to make a return. Once you have completed this process, you will be notified when we are able to accept the return. You will need to give a brief reason for the cancellation to help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. Please ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Goods must be in the exact same condition they were sold in.
No refund will be provided until the goods have been received at our warehouse and approved. If you fail to return the goods, we will not provide any refund until you do. If the goods arrive more than 5 working days after the date your return was approved, you may not receive a refund unless you can prove that the delay is due to the courier. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us or return in a worse state than they were dispatched, we may charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or described incorrectly.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Changes to these terms
Our terms & conditions were brought into effect on 15th March 2020 and updated on 1st July 2021.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms & conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
