We deliver exciting opportunities for corporate volunteering and team building days across our retail shops and in our Donation Centre. Volunteering with White Rose offers a great opportunity to support an amazing cause, while building teamwork, adaptability and communication skills and having fun!
Research shows that companies who offer volunteering days report less sick leave and have better staff retention and engagement.
Together, we can channel the passion and interests of your employees into our mission; to challenge and change the environmental impact of the fast fashion industry. Your company can help offset the environmental impact of clothing, as well as challenging your colleagues to learn new skills and boost their wellbeing. It can also help achieve your Environmental and Sustainability Goals (ESGs).
The days are really flexible around your business's schedule. For example, volunteering in any of our stores, we can support a maximum of 2–3 people in our larger stores in Nottingham and Leeds, and 1–2 people in most of our other stores across Nottingham, West Bridgford, Beeston, Derby, Sheffield, Leicester and Manchester.
Timings available are from 10am–5pm for a full day, and we can also support shorter sessions of 3–4 hours, such as a morning or afternoon.
For a team day in our Donation Centre in Nottingham, sessions run from 9am–3pm for a full day, or shorter sessions if preferred. We can accommodate up to 6 people per session.
VOLUNTEER AS A GROUP OR AS AN INDIVIDUAL
We have shops across Nottinghamshire, Derby, Leicester, Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester, plus a Donation Centre in Nottingham. We can match you and your team with a location that best suits you and are able to cater for individual volunteer days and teams of up to 6 people.

There is no cost for our Team Days. As a charity, we simply ask that you consider making a donation if your team enjoys their time with us — entirely at your discretion.
We deliver an experience like no other in a busy and varied retail environment — providing excellent customer service, working on the shop floor, using a till, sorting and valuing donated clothing, or researching and listing items for sale online. There’s something for all interests at White Rose, and every task makes a real difference to two incredible causes.
