If you placed an order with White Rose before 16/11/2021 on our old website, you might not be able to review your order history while we migrate to this new website. If you have any queries about any prior orders please write to us on email@example.com so our team can support you promptly.

Monday - Friday: 10am - 4pm
For postal orders, we don’t currently have a same day service, but we are working on it. For next day delivery, spend £65 or more and obtain free next day delivery (when you order by 13:00). If you spend less, the delivery charge for next day is £7.95.
Please ensure your email address is written correctly. We have had a few situations where emails ended in ‘.con’ rather than ‘.com’ and our system will only accept your order with a correct email address so we can send you tracking details.

You can take clothing donations to any of our stores or arrange for a collection to be made via our online booking system. Please note we only accept clothing, shoes, accessories and monetary donations.

To start the returns process, just head to our returns page by clicking here.
The first option will be to have the amount of your refund put onto a gift card that you can use to make future purchases on our website. With this option, a pre-paid label will be sent to you without any cost to yourself.
The second option is to have your total amount refunded back to your original payment method. With this option, every individual item you return will come at a cost of £1.50, which will then be deducted from your total refund amount.
Complete the form before doing anything else and wait for a confirmation from White Rose before sending your items back.

Please include your packing slip or order number to ensure a speedy response to your request. Postage for returns is covered by the customer in all cases. If we have made an error with your order or one of the products has an issue, we will assess this when the return arrives. If we are at fault, we will refund postage you have paid, up to a maximum of £4.95, in addition to refunding the items you purchased.
Please note we do not offer refunds or return for any international orders.
