As an Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our charity retail stores. You will manage a team of staff and volunteers, drive sales, ensure efficient stock management and provide excellent customer service. your roe will be instrumental in achieving our goals as a charity and in supporting the mission of the Aegis Trust.
Assistant Store Manager
As An Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the smooth operation of the store. They provide guidance and training to store teams, ensuring high visual standards are maintained while adapting to local customer preferences and store formats.
Head of Corporate Engagement and Stock Acquisitions
This role involves developing and nurturing long-term partnerships with companies. Leading outreach and negotiation efforts to secure stock donations—whether surplus goods, end-of-line products, or pro bono services—ensuring both the charity and the corporate partner benefit from a meaningful and mutually rewarding collaboration.
Retail Operations Manager
The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail sites with a strong emphasis on health and safety compliance, risk management, and operational integrity. This role ensures that all stores operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
