Retail

Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you will oversee the operations of several stores (circa 10 stores) within a designated region. Your role will involve leading and inspiring a team of store managers to effectively lead the operations, driving sales and profitability for our charitable causes.

Store Manager

As an Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our charity retail stores. You will manage a team of staff and volunteers, drive sales, ensure efficient stock management and provide excellent customer service. your roe will be instrumental in achieving our goals as a charity and in supporting the mission of the Aegis Trust.

Assistant Store Manager

As An Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the smooth operation of the store. You will assist in leading the team including volunteers, implementing visual merchandising strategies, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the overall store environment to our high standards.

Retail Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will provide excellent customer service and maintain the store standards. You will help create a positive shopping experience, developing, leading and motivating a team of dedicated volunteers to help deliver sales targets in store.

Donation Centre (DC)

Stock and Logistics Manager

You will oversee the day to day operations of our DC (warehouse). Leading the team in managing stock inventory, maximising stock efficiency and allocation across all retail outlets in a timely and efficient manner.

DC Team Leader

As a DC Team Leader, you will support the stock and logistics manager in leading and motivating a team of staff and volunteers, managing stock movement, coordinating deliveries and ensuring efficient supply of stock to stores.

DC Assistant

As a DC Assistant, you will support the operations of our donation centre, ensuring efficient handling of stock, accurate inventory management and timely distribution to our stores. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth operations across our retail locations.

Senior Leadership Team

Our leadership team consists of the CEO, Managing Director, Head of People, and Head of Sales. Together, they provide inspirational and motivational, people-focused leadership that empowers White Rose to achieve its strategic goals and fulfil its charitable purpose.

Finance Team

Our finance team is made up of a Senior Finance Assistant and a Finance Assistant, who work collaboratively to manage the day-to-day financial operations of White Rose. Together, they play a vital role in supporting the financial health and integrity of White Rose.

People Team

The People Team is at the heart of White Rose, dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Led by the Head of People, the team is responsible for driving all aspects of the employee experience from talent acquisition and onboarding to learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and wellbeing.

Visual Merchandising Manager

Working closely with store teams the Regional Visual Manager oversees the implementation of seasonal campaigns, window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations. They provide guidance and training to store teams, ensuring high visual standards are maintained while adapting to local customer preferences and store formats.

Head of Corporate Engagement and Stock Acquisitions

This role involves developing and nurturing long-term partnerships with companies. Leading outreach and negotiation efforts to secure stock donations—whether surplus goods, end-of-line products, or pro bono services—ensuring both the charity and the corporate partner benefit from a meaningful and mutually rewarding collaboration.

Retail Operations Manager

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail sites with a strong emphasis on health and safety compliance, risk management, and operational integrity. This role ensures that all stores operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
